Set up in two minutes
- Open turnmail.com in your Tesla’s browser and tap Start free trial.
- Go to Email Accounts → Connect New Account → Connect Microsoft 365. (It’s the same button for personal Outlook and Hotmail accounts.)
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and accept.
Your inbox starts syncing straight away. Personal Microsoft accounts never need IT approval.
What you get
- A proper inbox on the car’s screen: large text, big buttons, light or dark theme, adjustable display size.
- New mail pops up in near real time, with the sender and subject.
- Drive Mode reads your unread email aloud while you drive.
- Reply, forward and write email when you’re parked.
- Attachments on screen: photos, PDFs and Office documents.
- All your accounts together: add Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo or work email alongside Outlook.
Turnmail vs Outlook in the Tesla browser
Outlook on the web works in the Tesla browser for free, but it’s built for a desktop: small text, one account at a time, alerts only while the tab is open, and nothing read aloud. If you only check occasionally while charging, it may be enough. If you want your email to keep up with you, see the full comparison.
