  1. Ready for Tesla’s 2026.26 browser

    • Tesla’s 2026.26 update enlarged everything in the browser. Turnmail now detects it on every model and corrects the zoom, so screens look right again.
    • New Display Size setting (Auto, 100%, 85%, 75% or 65%) if you prefer text bigger or smaller.

  2. Attachments on screen

    • Open images, PDFs, Word, Excel and text attachments right in Turnmail, with nothing downloaded to the car.
    • Attachments now show as a compact, colour-coded grid.
    • Unread counts stay accurate across Microsoft, Gmail and IMAP accounts, even when you read mail on another device.

  3. Faster, more reliable notifications

    • New-mail notifications arrive more promptly, without duplicate alerts.
    • Microsoft accounts with large mailboxes sync faster.

  4. IMAP read status in sync

    • Emails you read in another app now show as read in Turnmail for IMAP accounts too, including older messages.
    • Tips and notices can be switched off in Settings.

  5. Made for the Tesla screen

    • Bigger text, larger buttons and a softer dark mode, tuned for reading from the driver’s seat.
    • Reply All, plus BCC and collapsible quoted text when writing email.
    • Easier Drive Mode playback controls.

  6. SMS sign-in codes

    • Add your mobile number for SMS sign-in codes as a backup to email codes.

  7. IMAP: iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail and more

    • Connect any IMAP mailbox. iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, Fastmail and others are set up automatically from your email address.
    • Reply and send from IMAP accounts too.
    • Give each mailbox its own colour.
    • If an account needs signing in again, Turnmail tells you and takes you straight there.

  8. Security foundations

    • Email is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
    • Email older than 60 days is deleted automatically.
    • New devices are confirmed with a code sent by email.
    • Write emails with formatting.

  9. First version

    • Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 on your Tesla’s screen, in one unified inbox.
    • Drive Mode reads your unread email aloud with a natural-sounding voice.
